The Hofstetter family is super helpful when it comes to jewlery and they do beautiful work.
They saved my ring after I crushed it on my finger very quickly and reasonably. I honestly think my ring looks better then when I bought it new.
Nothing but good things to say about the best jewelry store in Northeast Ohio. The best part is that they do all repairs, appraisals, sizings, and cleaning in house so you never have to worry about your jewelry getting sent away like you do at chain jewelry stores. Each employee is a real educated jeweler, not just salespeople- so they actually know what they are talking about. They are funny and professional and will treat you like family every time.

Im a big supporter of local businesses but of the three times I made the effort to do business with this store it hasn't been positive. The first instance they were short with me on the phone and said the were busy with customers and quickly hung up on me. This time I had an important question about repairs of sentimental value and the reply was again we are busy can you wait until after the holidays. Unfortunately I will not be doing business with this store anymore. I'll be looking for someone who has time for my money!!
